Supports dual-probe detection

The equipment features a front and rear dual-probe system, allowing synchronous scanning of modules inside two sealed boxes, significantly improving detection efficiency. The actual detection efficiency (UPH value) is determined by the number of modules placed in each sealed box and the set scanning image resolution.

Sealing box supports quick replacement

The size of the water-immersed sealing box is consistent, and when testing other specifications of modules is required, the sealing box can be quickly and easily replaced, making it more suitable for testing various types of IGBT modules in small batches.

A dedicated sealing box can be customized according to the size of the tested module, supporting the simultaneous placement of multiple IGBT modules of the same type for batch testing.
